Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the services offered by Silverbridge Holdings LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Silverbridge Holdings LLC provides digital marketing services including but not limited to paid advertising management, search engine optimization, social media marketing, lead generation, and content marketing. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement.
Management fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Ad spend budgets are billed separately and passed through at cost. Invoices are due within 7 business days of issuance. Late payments may result in service suspension.
All creative work, strategies, and deliverables produced by Silverbridge Holdings LLC remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the engagement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice after the initial contract period. The client is responsible for fees incurred through the termination date.
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, Silverbridge Holdings LLC cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Digital advertising results are influenced by many factors outside our control. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
